Political festival with European Youth June 2024
Do you want to be a volunteer in the European Youth Delegation to the 2024 political festival (Folkemødet). So continue reading here! We are looking for members of European Youth who want to participate as volunteers. The volunteers’ role is to help facilitate European Youth’s events as well as representing us on the festival
Practical information:
Where: Allinge, Bornholm
Date for the political festival 2024: Wednesday June 12th to Sunday June 16th.
EUD will provide accommodation and ferry tickets to and from Bornholm.
A deposit of 499 kr that will be returned to you if you comply with our expectations and mutual agreements
In addition, we will be hosting an introductory volunteer day on May 10 where you can meet the other volunteers and hear more about what we are going to do at the Folkemødet
Please note that this is a very Danish event, most events are in Danish as well as the events that we will be hosting. You are of course welcome to still apply.

What do we expect of you?
That you (as a starting point) can participate in EUD’s trip at the Folkemødet in Allinge, Bornholm from Wednesday June 12th to Sunday June 16th 2024.
That you can participate in one joint meeting with all of the volunteers May 10th
That, during the Folkemødet, you are ready to take some "shifts" in our tent
That you have feel comfortable with talking to passers-by about the EU, European Youth and the European movement
That you are supporting European Youth by participating in events we are a part of
That when you participate in our events and have shifts in our tent wear European Youth merch and are aware that you are a representative of our organization
That you are part of making this a good experience for the other volunteers and bring them with you when you find a funny event, or feel for a dip in the ocean or something similar to the many possibilities of Folkemødet ;-)
